Ordering is simple at angelbabyshoppe.com. To help you speed through our checkout process, we recommend registering with us first prior to shopping. Look for the Log In button in the upper right corner of the page, next to the Search field. This will ensure an easy and quick checkout of your order. This information will also be securely stored for your future shopping visits. Please ensure all your information is input correctly so we can get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Special Orders
This is the area that angelbabyshoppe.com strives to satisfy. We have the time to try our best in finding that item you have been searching for. After an order is placed online for a special order item, we will contact you via email to approve the wait time and availability of the item. As special order wait times vary, we want to insure that you are made aware of the special order wait time. Once the special order wait time has been approved, we will place the order with the manufacturer.
Certain items are Special Order only and are subject to different return rules than regular purchases. We must strongly adhere to these rules because we do not stock Special Order items as they are ordered based upon your request. In addition, since these items are specially ordered, these items will be charged to your credit card in full when they are ordered. All returns and cancellations of Special Order products are subject to a 30%-50% restocking fee as we are unable to return these items to the manufacturer. To avoid this restocking fee, your order must be cancelled prior to your order being shipped from the manufacturer. All personalized items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the Manufacturer.
Out of Stock Items
There can be a multitude of factors that can effect stock levels and replenishment that may lead us to not having an item in stock. While we strive to accurately manage our inventory on a regular basis, sometimes these factors are out of our control.
After you have placed your order we will review all items ordered to determine if any items are not available. We will ship partial orders in an effort to get you your order as fast as possible. You will be notified via email with what items will be processed right away and what items we can not ship. We will also provide you an estimate of when we expect to receive the item back in stock.
Your credit card will not be charged for items that are not shipped.
Payment Options
We accept credit card purchases with your Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal . All of your personal and credit card information is transmitted via our secure server so will remain safe.
We currently accept credit card, PayPal of payment. We are always looking for ways to make your purchase easier and more convenient for you. Please let us know what other forms of online transactions you would like to see us offer and we will gladly look into the feasibility of offering them in the future.
Refusal of Delivery / Undeliverable
If a package is refused for delivery or not deliverable (at UPS’s discretion), the customer will be charged a $25 Refused Package/undeliverable Fee and be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by angelbabyshoppe.com. Actual charges may be substantially higher than any special shipping promotions being offered. Once a package is received back in our warehouse either a credit will be applied to the original credit card less the Refused package fee and the actual shipping charges or a 2nd shipping charge will be applied to reship the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Packages returned to Goores.com because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be charged actual shipping costs for that order and subject to additional shipping charges to re-ship the item(s). Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be refunded the amount of the item(s) purchased, less actual shipping charges.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the high cost of credit card processing and shipping costs, we only offer merchandise exchanges or store credit. Store credit is good for one year from the purchase date. Please feel free to contact us at any time for measurements or questions. We are here to help you make the best selection for your child or gift.
We hope you enjoy all your purchases and gifts received from angelbabyshoppe.com. We are happy to make an exchange if you are not completely satisfied by following the procedures outlined below.
No returns will be accepted for hair accessories, tutus, baptismal/special occasion garment or certain handmade garments. Returned products MUST be in new and unused condition and in their original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. "New and Unused" means saleable condition, not used, not dirty and not washed. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indications that it has been used. We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, and undergarments. All exchanges are subject to the final approval of our Customer Service Department.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Properly package up your item(s) for safe shipping. For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service where you can track and/or insure your order to ensure proper return delivery. Angelbabyshoppe.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please allow us up to 10 business days once we have received your return to process and issue your credit. All credits will be for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping charges and gift wrap fees will only be refunded if your product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective (Please see our policy regarding damaged or defective items).
Damaged Items
angelbabyshoppe.com will do everything we can to ship your package in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process after leaving our facilities. If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense.
Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for any/all damages immediately upon arrival. Please do this even if you are not going to immediately use the item(s). We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged, but we will always make every effort to correct the problem.

Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 3 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well. We will continue to make every effort to get you individual replacement parts.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible but may take time due to manufacturer processing. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
Defective Items

After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for information on what war angelbabyshoppe.com we will work with each manufacturer in fixing the problem with your defective merchandise as quickly as possible but may take time due to manufacturer processing. Understand that a simple part may fix the problem but if not Angel Baby Shoppe will follow the guidelines above in replacing your merchandise.
Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel after that time, we will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.

Most of the products sold at angelbabyshoppe.com are warranted directly by their manufacturers for 1 year. Price Matching
Angel Baby Shoppe for Babies to Teens and angelbabyshoppe.com will do it’s best to price match other stores and websites. We reserve the right to alter and update this policy at any time without notice. The following restrictions and conditions will be taken into consideration when reviewing a price match:
Items to be matched must be the exact same items.
Items to be matched must be in stock and available for purchase when Angel Baby Shoppe verifies the price match.
Additional charges such as handling, shipping, oversize, and any others hidden charges will be added to the advertised price to determine the true price of a product being matched.
We will adhere to applicable sales tax laws. Any applicable sales tax will be added to the matched price.

Shipping
We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of order being placed. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small.
All orders are shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office or via Federal Express. Average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available for an additional fee. We also ship internationally.
Gift wrap ia available for $5.00 per box. We are happy to inculde a gift card, please use the comments section for the card greeting.
Layaway
We offer a great layaway plan on our website as well as at our store. Simply enter the code “layaway” in our code box during checkout and our shopping cart will calculate your 25% deposit (subtotal amount must be over $50.00). The remaining 75% of your balance can be paid whenever you like, on any day, in any amount. We just ask that you finish your layaway in 60 days or less unless you have received approval for longer. After you place your order, we will email you to ask you when you would like your next payment to be and the amount. It is easy.
